Returns & Refunds Policy

At ChrisAfric Enterprise Inc., we value your satisfaction and aim to provide you with quality products and service. Please review our policy below carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within three (3) calendar days from the date of purchase. No reason is required for cancellation during this period.

To cancel your order, you must notify us in writing by email at chrisafricenterpriseinc@gmail.com with your order details and a clear statement of your intent to cancel.

Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will issue a refund within seven (7) business days via the original payment method. No processing fees will apply.

Please note: Cancellations cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the item has been shipped and delivered.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and customization details carefully before placing an order.

Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To report a damaged or defective item, please email us at chrisafricenterpriseinc@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect or damage

Each case will be reviewed individually. If the damage or defect is verified to be due to our fault (e.g., manufacturing or shipping error), we will offer:

  • A replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the severity of the issue

Important: Items damaged due to customer mishandling, incorrect washing, alteration, or normal wear and tear will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items returned without prior written authorization
